Just wanna share an article from somewhere...don't have the translation..sorry guys..Its about 35mm summicron.
35mm向來是LEICA自豪的焦段，原因無它，在這個焦段LEICA出過太多太多經典的鏡頭，甚至可以說，這個焦段LEICA出的鏡頭，幾乎每一支都是 經典，尤其是過去有一系列俗稱八枚玉(第1代)、六枚玉(第2,3代)、七枚玉(第4代)的Summicron，以及號稱最強35mm現行的Summicron ASPH(第5代)。曾經有比較誇大的說法是認為，玩LEICA一定要玩它的35mm ，沒玩過它的35mm不算是玩過LEICA，這樣的說法雖然不一定完全正確，但證明LEICA在 35mm的成就有多麼非凡。
談LEICA的35mm，不得不提到Summicron系列最為經典，先是有日本人最愛的八枚玉，因為它是由八片鏡片構成，日文的鏡片用的漢字就是玉，所 以就俗稱它為八枚玉，有人稱它為八妹(好可愛的名字阿)。這支應該是35mm中經典的經典，運用了昂貴的螢石鏡片技術，光學表現在當時相當驚人，以現今技 術檢驗也是相當不俗，更重要的是散發出一種獨特的韻味，喜愛者眾，尤其是日本人，所以即使已經是五十年的老骨頭，二手價也是驚人的五六萬塊。由於八妹的螢 石鏡片成本實在太高昂了，之後接手的是六枚玉。相較之下六枚玉沒有八妹這麼轟動，但還是有它獨特的風格，也是有不少喜愛者。之後LEICA進一步改良設計 出七枚玉，光學表現傑出，但最吸引人的是它的散景，非常柔順，所以被封予"散景之王" 這樣崇高的殊榮。而在七妹之後，LEICA進入了非球面技術的新紀元，推出運用ASP H 技術的現行版，光學表現更進一步，甚至有史上最強的35mm鏡頭之稱。不過進入ASP H新紀元以後，LEICA玩家也開始出現不同的反應，不少人抱怨ASPH新鏡成像雖然優異，但沒什麼特色，跟日本大廠生產的那些鏡頭風格沒什麼兩樣，失去 正統的 LEICA味。但不論怎樣，LEICA在35mm焦段有太多輝煌的歷史跟記錄了。
七妹(七枚玉)在Leica經典的35mm裡，除了八枚玉(第一代，幾乎是供在神桌上膜拜)外，應該算是經是經典中的經典。它是M35/2非A(A = Asph非球面)的最後一代, 許許多多的LEICA FANS 在玩了APSH非全面的現行版後，發現APSH慢慢失了LEICA的味道，開始回頭找這顆前代附有LEICA味的老鏡，普遍LEICA FANS認為這是LEICA 35mm 中的"king of Bokeh" 散景之王。
七妹早期是加拿大生產的, 最後幾年搬到德國生產, 目前市價是德國的比加拿大的貴, 一般的想法就是: LEICA是德國的, 德國生產的東西自然是正統 Pure Blood, 其實LEICA最光輝的歷史, 最成熟的產品, 最牛的鏡頭差不多都是在加拿大研發出來的, 單以成熟程度來說, 10多年的生產線, 肯定比後期短短幾年的磨合得更好, 我深信加版的七妹優於德版.
加版生產的早期七妹也有很多變種: 最早期的七妹, 裡面的部分是金屬造的, 後期生產的已經改了為塑料, 所以你別使勁擰你七妹的對焦環, 後果可能很嚴重的..... 另外, 加拿大生產少量的"虎爪"對焦桿七妹(一般版本對焦桿是半月型的 ), 鍍膜顏色也有點差別.
回到德國生產的七妹, 鏡頭編號改為在鏡頭前端(加版很多是在光圈環後面). 還有就是銀色七妹, 銀七妹鏡身是金屬的, 重量比普通七妹大很多(普通七妹是塑料+鋁合金鏡身)

ReplyDeleteA simple translation for this articles is that if you're a Leica Man, you must have a 35mm Summicron. Especially the 8 element (Ver 1) and 7 elements Ver 4). The 1st to 4th version, all pre-asph, are very well known among the Japanese and Chinese, they love the characteristic very much. In fact the Version 1 surprise the Japanese with the kind of image quality produce out of it in the old days. To them, the pieces of glass in the lens are as precious as jade. Therefore, the lens is still valuable in the used market, even though it was made 50 years ago. Among the pre-ASPH, the most popular is still the 8 element (Ver 1) and 7 element (Ver 4).
ReplyDeleteLater years Leica produce the ASPH, alot of people tried the lens and found that the lens had lost the special characteristic of Leica. So many actually went back to the pre-asph looking for the Taste of Leica. This is when Leica fans named the 35mm as 散景之王 (King of Bokeh).
Though Leica is branded in Germany and lens produce in the Germany are consider Pure Blood, however when the name Leica was most famous, when the lens are made the best, when their product matured in the market, all these are archived in Canada.
Everything in summary, POISON!!! Go get yourself a pieces of this precious, the 'Made in Canada' 7 elements Version 4, last version of the Pre-asph.

Look under 35 Summicron F2 Type 4 and you know the 'King of Bokeh' is no bullshit, everyone call it the way.
